Patch 1.3 for BGII:EE

It's already been a year but there's still no 1.3. I really wanted the "#5703 [CORE] - Slayer form problem" bug fixed.

    Guess there focus is on Icewind Dale EE at the momment

    Right. I really hope 1.3 patch comes out earlier.

    They are getting close to testing the last few fixes. Latest number from @Dee was 14 open topics.
    We will probably see a beta for the patch very soon.

    Open betas usually last few months, so expect the patch be out early next year. However, the open beta patch is probably solid enough for playthroughs as well.
