[BG1] Ghoul touch weapon is funky (paralyzes only pc races)

OBSERVED:
The elven hold resistance was implemented in an awkward way, by targeting PC races (not even half-orc is targeted).
Affected files: GHOUL1 (probably others)

FIX:
Implement the proper hold scheme.

    Note what @Wisp mentioned, however, regarding PnP elven resistance to ghoul touch... (despite lacking resistance to being turned into a ghast by a demon, but still...) He'd also mentioned that half-orc was left out likely primarily due to their being absent from BG1.

    @Bhryaen: There is a 'reverse' approach, that would work. Just like with charm resistance. Same problem, and modders gave an answer already.

    In BG2 they just changed it to paralyze everyone. And in both games. the spell Ghoul Touch will happily paralyze everyone as well.

    @SethDavis as a first step, import ghoul1 from ToB, as CamDawg implied.
    Later we can try to make it (not) work with elves

    Ok, Ghoul Touch now works on Half-orcs, Wolves and Elves at least.
