Found this one on my most recent play through and thought I'd let ya know (though it may be considered a non-issue).
*Observed*
Killing Dawn Priest Blane and Dawn Priest Bram in the outer vestibule portion of The Song of the Morning Temple, results in no reputation loss.
*Expected*
Reputation loss should be similar to other NPC killings.
