[Dupe] Purple animation and sound permanently triggering after Rasaad quest to Shadow Plane

Somewhere along the line of fighting Algorath and coming back to the Prime Material plane something happened and now these animations and sounds are constantly triggering and won't go away. My characters have no effects on their record screen. Resting does nothing. Quitting and restarting does nothing. This is what the animation looks like. Like Power Word Stun effect but purple. It's really damn annoying cause it's going off every 2 seconds and sometimes it's my whole party that's having it happen, other times it's just one character. attached is a screen shot of the animation and my save game. any help would be appreciated.

Effects persist on your characters at the end of Rasaad's ToB quest.
Use Dispel Magic or put your cursor over your characters and press Ctrl+R.
