in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
When and where does the boy spawn that add's Trademeet to the map?

I ask because that still hasn't happened for me, and I want to go pick up Rasaad.

    He is in the government district in front of Government office.

    The boy in the government district is for Umar Hills.

    For Trademeet you need to go to the City Gates and talk to the guy directly in front of you.

    yeah, the guy at the city gates, his name starts with an "F" and also if you do the "I wish to go on an adventure that I have never experienced before" heading with limited wish, you will eventually get trademeet added to your map

    As mentioned, the guy at the City Gates is the one for Trademeet, the boy in the Government District is for Umar Hills. Both spawn right away, there is nothing you need to do to get them there.
