*Possible bug?* Chapter 6 dream doesn't appear! (Spoilers)

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
Basically i got to chapter 6 on this game and if i remember right there suppose to be another dream about suldanessellar being attacked by Jon Irenicus and Dream Vision (Which is Ellesime.) is saying to get the soul back.

This dream seems not wanna trigger for some reason. Do i have to rest more for this dream to trigger or is this a possible bug? Plz let me know.

If this is a bug can i trigger it by cheating?
