[Not An Issue] A bug (sort of)

If you go into the temple of Ilmater and buy "Small healing" (8 hp) it costs 20 Gold. If you buy "Moderate healing" (11 hp) it costs 40 Gold. Bit uneconomical to use the "Moderate"... Fix needed?
