Where to post suggestions? Mods fixing this small issue? Work-arounds?

Quick question.

For my ranger, I can't have a 2-hand bow in one weapon-slot while having a small dagger in my off-hand (to be used with a short-sword main-hand for dual-wielding). It's a minor gripe - it doesn't take that much time or effort to manually switch weapons around in the inventory screen - but are there any work-arounds or mods available atm that make this issue non-existent?

Or even better, is there a place I can post a suggestion for this to possibly be tweaked? :)

    That's the way these games have always worked, so I doubt there will be any changes to that. And I don't believe there is any mod for it.

    I believe this is a hard-coded mechanic that cannot be modded out. Gotta live with it, unfortunately.
