Is it considered cheating to ask for help from other performers in BP2?

I used the drow sorcerer a couple times (the expensive one 1700 gp) and every time it was a piece of cake because he was so overkill. Dunno it's just cuz I'm having trouble with the ravager fight but I wanted to try and make it with my own party's strength. What do you recon?

    It is not considered cheating, it is a feature. It is fun to try and see the abilities of so many colorful and different npcs Beamdog has created for this little adventure. I have tried Brother Elraish (might be remembering the name wrong) that supposed 'Priest' and yeah he turned out to be a bad-ass assasin. Too bad he got swarmed and was chunked in one of the deadlier battles. (I can't say I shed a tear.)
