The New Spells

Is there a list of all the new spells added? Is there time stop, protection from magical weapon and so on?
Because I want to figure out if single-class mage becomes stronger.
And is there any new item that is game changing?

You can read the manual (http://cdn.icewinddale.com/files/IWDEE_Manual_2_-_Mastering_Melee_&_Magic.pdf) or you can also use EEKeeper to browse the game's spell files and check out what's in there EEKeeper also has an item browser, so you can see all the new items (but alas not where you get them :P).

You can also use the extended search function in Near Infinity to check out where items are located.
