Install Issues - MAC

Once again I come to the forums seeking wisdom on how to install a Beamdog product on a MAC. I am currently hung up in the login screen for the install where it asks for email and PW. just get the spinning wheel and then "Reset Password" or "Retry" message. Anyone else have this issue? Has Beamdog contacted anyone?
