I suspect this is not so much a bug as something that was not implemented, however...

The IWDEE Manual suggests that reputation will increase for good deeds (and for temple donations, but not past a certain point).

However, reputation never appears to increase for good deeds, despite plenty of potential triggers: e.g. rescuing villagers in Dragon's Eye, restoring parts of severed hand etc.

    This is per the original IWD, so I've deleted the clause from the manual in case we ever rerelease it (the manual).
