#10471 [All] Attack sound should not come from all party members

Observed Behavior:
If you have character sounds for 'Command Sounds' set to 'Always', whenever you click on an enemy to attack, all characters in the party shout their battle cries simultaneously.
Expected Behavior:
When this option is selected in the character sound options, it should only apply to their command sounds, not their battle cries.
Notes:
I don't believe any of the original engine games had this problem, as I always played with this option set and never noticed it. I'm pretty sure it does happen in BG2EE, possibly BGEE as well, but I haven't gone back and checked those. It was only because of my beta playthrough on 'seldom' setting that I noticed this when I set my current playthrough to 'always'.
