Spell moddification

Is it possible to modify spells ?
For example, if I want that timestop will last 3 round more than it is,
or color spray would not only knock to the ground but deal moderate damage.

Can I tweak spells like that?

    Yes, all spells are very modifiable but it will require you to learn a bit about how the game engine works and the programs commonly used to edit things. I'd recommend getting NearInfinity, found in another thread on this board, and having a shot at making your changes.
