#10489 AR8012 has strange image artifacts

The black temple in lower dorn's deep (AR8012) has "dark squares" on the floor in places. I am not sure if this is a bug or if the source art for this area was damaged:
To reproduce:
1. Load attached save
2. Notice how the floor has "dark squares" all over it
Expected:
The area art should look consistent across the image
