No Reputation Loss without Witnesses

I would like to see there not be a reputation loss for killing or stealing if no witnesses are left.

There could be exceptions to this, but it should be the rule.

What does everyone else think?

    It would be only logical if that were to happen. However, it would make it hard to keep evil NPCs in a good party (or Evil NPCs in an Evil party. Chances are you still want to get as much XP as possible out of the quests so yeah). If they were going to add some sort of Evil temple where donations will actually lower your reputation, I think this would be a brilliant idea, yes.

    This has been suggested before, but as far as I know it isn't being implemented. There is a mod (virtue I think) that addresses this though, by separating reputation and morality/karma.
