sentenses converted from ape into wav are cutting in game

Hi everyone 
I was playing BG last time over 10 years ago (like probably many of You here) and sinse i saw there's is EE donwloaded it.
I'm polish but from some time live abroad and use english daily without any problems. I can play BG as many others games in english, but I have great sentiment for polish great localisation so wanna BG EE dialogues in polish.
On polish section I have found files and download one of them (3 other mirrors don't work for me).
These sounds are in ape so need to be converted into wav for BG.
I made that with help of iDealshare VideoGo program both in general audio and lossless audio form.
The problem is dialogues in game in wav format are cut, so f.e character in ape say "our mission will fail" and in wav it's only "our mission will " (I mean in audio player cause in game ape format don't work at all, only wav)
Till now I haven't found any other working pl dubbing for free in internet.
I have posted question in polish section but no1 responded. Maybe here is some1 who can give me helping hand...
