[Fixed] Shield of Lathander should say it can be cast by good and neutral characters.

The description of shield of lathander both in the manual and in-game says it can only be cast by good characters, but it's showing up in the spell-book of my True Neutral Berserker/Cleric dual-class.

    Ah, that's a description error. Shield of Lathander is available for good and neutral characters.
