[IWD:EE] Add another way to increase reputation

it'd be nice to have some other kind of action to increase it, at least one instance of +1 rep for doing something in the game apart from donating (which can only incease rep up to 8 if you're below).

this wouldn't have much visible effect on gameplay but it'd have a nice cosmetic effect.
