[BG:EE, BG2:EE] Display HP on portraits (like in Icewind dale)

Hello!

I'm color blind and have a hard time seeing how much my hp my party members have left in battle (I find it difficult to the see the red color on the portraits).
I reccently played Icewind Dale Enchanced and there have some numbers on the portraits which made it much easier to enjoy the battles for me.

I would love a feature (turn it on/off in options) like this in Baldur's Gate Enhanced.

Or maybe there already are some mods that can do the same instead?

I want to play through Baldur's Gate so badly but I find the battles so difficult and chaotic without a clear overview of my characters health.
