Taking Screenshots on Android Tablets?

A very simple question, is there a way to do this inside the game, or do I need to have some other sort of app to achieve this? I'd like to chronicle my game by posting screenshots to facebook and such.

    Does you tablet have option to take screenshots? If you don't know, try googling 'xxx screenshot', where xxx is obviously mark and model of your tablet

    Okay, looks like Power + Home will do it. Thanks. Now if only I could record video from it. :)
