Android Save Editing?

To people who know about such things,

Although I'm planning on doing an unmodified playthrough of IWD:EE first, I know I'll eventually want do do some tinkering with EE Keeper. Is this possible for android saves? As in, can they be transferred from internal memory to PC, edited, then transferred back?
