Black Text of Disaster

A fresh Steam install on Windows 7, no mods of any kind, even no old saves or characters.

Not sure how it should look, but I doubt it very much that I'm the only one who would find this hard to read. Even if it's not a bug, and it's my vision what's at fault, is there a way to change the font color?

    Ok, after playing around with Near Infinity I halfblindly replaced a few color records here and there and now the text is visible. Dropping the resulting "mod" in case anyone has the same weird problem. GUIINV.CHU and GUIREC.CHU go into your game's override subdirectory.

    Hey, wait a minute. I'm a modder now, huh ._.
