Very bad cusomer care

Hi to all. More then a month ago I wanted Baldur’s mac version, but I made the mistake of buying Baldur’s Windows. Immediatly I open a request on Beamdog, and I never downloaded the game.
It’s 30 and more days and my requests are ignored, not answered, nor assigned. (attached)
It’s a shame!

Any one have any solution? Thanks

    Ok, finally customer care has taken my request and has answered my problem. I will check in the evening.

    Well, it did still take 30 days so I'll assume the Op still believes the support received wasn't that great even if the issue did ultimately get resolved.
