The only way to get any meaningful dialogue out of Tenya is to attack (normal behavior). Once dialog has initiated, should another attack hit Tenya she turns hostile (mid-dialogue) and there is no way (?) to end the quest in her favor.

Tip: Reload, turn AI off and attack with only a single party member.
