Dual-Wielding Throwing Axes, Darts and Daggers?

Is this even possible to implement?

Cuz think of a Ranger dual wielding Throwing Axes. That would be sweet!

Or even a Swashbuckler or Blade dual wielding throwing daggers. That'd be pretty sweet too!

    Well, using a throwing weapons already increases your attacks. Technically you could add an offhand weapon, call it a throwing weapon, and have it add yet another attack, but afaik you'd only be throwing from one stack of weapons with the same throwing animation.
