[BG2EE} Make Arrows of Piercing count as +4 weapons (for determining what they can hit).

Other than Jerrod's Mace Arrows of Piercing are the only weapon in the game that I can think of whose Thac0 bonus (including Thac0 bonus against certain creatures) doesn't correspond to its enchantment level. It never made any sense that they didn't get treated as +4 arrows when determining what they can hit.

The status quo leaves an inconsistency even when it comes to ranged ammunition. Besides standard +1/+2/+3 ammo (which get an enchantment level that corresponds to their Thac0 bonus) Acid Arrows get a +1 Thac0 bonus and therefore are treated as +1 weapons when determining what they can hit, Flasher Master Bruiser Mate's are the same, as are Sunstone Bullets.

Heck Even Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition (as well as the original Icewind Dale) treats them as though they are +3 weapons when determining what they can hit.

So I request that Arrows of Piercing are changed so that they are treated as having a +4 enchantment level. There are only a handful of enemies that this would even matter against but it would still be a positive change for archers.
