This is rather off-topic when it comes to BG:EE but...

So, reaper miniatures are having this ridiculous kickstarter project and it the amount of stuff you can get if phenomenal. If you are into miniatures then I would suggest you give it a look. Obviously this has nothing to do with BG:EE, however I figure a few of the forum members might be interested in them.
The amount of miniatures you get for 100 dollars is growing and growing, around 200 at the moment.

Give it a look.

217 minnies for $100+p&p, it`s tempting even though i havent painted in years.

Hmmm, actually looks very interesting for both Warhammer and D&D.
I'll have to quickly consider it.

Dave Gross has convinced half of the office (Or maybe just me) to get in on this. It's a damn near impossible deal.

Several of these figures would make for an excellent Dorn.

I just can't believe it, less than 50 cents a mini is just nuts. @PhillipDaigle convince the other half ;) the more money it raises the more extra mini's we get, and about to add 4 more.

$3 mill , with 4 hours to go. This just might qualify as a success. right?

Thanks @IchigoRXC I would've missed this if it wasn't for your post! ^_^

Oh, and I'm exhilarated that we got the necromancers, they look awesome!
  • Tr_ondTr_ond Member Posts: 496
Aye, thanks @IchigoRXC . You just cost me $207. plus customs. :)

@Tr_ond You just reminded me that customs is going to wreck me next March.

I foresee another interesting customs visit where they're desperately trying to figure out which category the miniatures belong to... they ought to have a whole category to Great Old Ones alone (I'm so getting that Cthulhu!) ^^(;,;)^^

@Dave I`m not a fan of customs, The tax-free import limit in Norway is a flat nkr.200. which is about $35. hasn`t changed since the 70`s. I`m half tempted to smuggle them in via a currier but i think customs would be suspicious of his walk with 240+ minnies, a minni case and several paintsets up there...

I went in for $450 to get over 550 models.

Because GO BIG OR GO HOME.
