If you want to edit map notes (either text or icon color), you have to right-click on the icon on the map.
Observed behavior: After modifying an existing map note, the map icon will be moved to the exact position where you right-clicked with your mouse. The new position can be off by a substantial amount if you clicked near the edge of the icon.
Expected behavior: Modifying an existing map icon does not update its position.
