[Windows] Bug when modifying existing map notes

Observed behavior:
When you modify an existing map note, a new icon will be created somewhere on the map, in many cases far off the original map icon. The modifications are not applied to the original map note.
Modifying the original map note again will actually modify the previously created copy. Again, the changes are not applied to the original map note.
If you modify the copy, a new copy will be created somewhere on the map. Modifications are not applied to the original "copy".
Expected behavior: Changes made to a map icon will be applied to the original icon without creating a copy.
