[IWD:EE] Place HP Totals on Save Screen on Bottom of Character Potraits, Rather Than in Middle

A simple change here really. Move the HP Totals on the Save Screen to the bottom of the character portraits. This way you can see your characters and also, it just looks better imo (see screenshot for current state).
