[IWD:EE] Have Grisella's Quest Give You a Quest-Log Entry

Reasons:

1) Its a quest (albeit a simple one)
2) It'll show players right away how such things are recorded.

    Just started playing and noticed this right off the bat. Why no journal updates for this? I've heard good things about the game, more polished than the BG:EE versions upon release, but my very first quest didn't show up in my journal? Hmmm...

    Also, how is this a feature request and not a bug? I'm pretty sure it updated your journal in the original version.
