#10556, #10557 Scimitars & bastard swords should not look like long swords on avatar & paper doll

Hi,
I haven't found any report about this issue. I noticed that IWD:EE does not use the new paper doll images for bastard swords and scimitars. Here is a screenshot from BG:EE and IWD:EE to show the expected (right) and the current (left) behaviour.

    they also display as a longsword outside of the paperdoll as well, as in on your characters animation. Just made a duplicate post of this because i didn't see this post yet.

    Actually, this is a vanilla IWD feature. I think it had to do with the fact that original IWD used dated animations (vanilla BG1 style) which had no scimitar animations so all the scimitar item files still use the long sword animation. So technically, it's not a bug. But I would still like to see this changed.
