Make Tomes & Manuals importable

I just read that one feature that is planned for the next/a future patch is to make some weapons importable through Malaaq. Just like the Armors at Illyich and the one bookshelf item that are importable already.

I'd like if you could add all of the 'Tome of X' & 'Manual of Y' to the library in Irenicus' dungeon in the same way. Right now, the only option to keep the boosts is to use them all on charname before starting BG2. It would be nice if some NPC's could profit, too :).
