#9923 Project Image should not ignore party summoning limits

Greetings, all!
I played a Sorcerer who learned project image, the level 7 Sorcerer/Wizard spell. I was able to use it to cast animate dead and monster summoning to bring forth as many summons as I had spell slots, then I would recast project image and repeat this process. A project image can't make another project image.
I believe it fair that a project image not count against a party's summonling limit, but the summons it casts do.
And, having tested it, simulacrum works the same way as project image: The summons it makes are not capped by the party limit, but summons made directly by the party count against the limit.
