[IWD:EE] Add Travel Time for Going to Orc Cave and Kuldhar Pass (Currently No Time Elapses)

No time passes when you depart Easthaven for the Orc Cave (in the hills outside the town) or when you leave Hrothgar's Home for Kuldahar Pass. This has always bothered me somewhat. In the later example, there's no way that you get from Hrothgar's House to just outside Kuldahar in under an hour. Otherwise, what's the point of an expedition? Lol. I think 8 hours elapsing for the Orc Cave search, and perhaps 1-3 days, makes sense for the time to Kuldahar Pass.
