Wallgroups should be correct in AR7000.wed

How to reproduce this:
1. Load any saved game.
2. CLUA yourself to AR7000.
3. Go to the upper righthand corner of the map until your character is covered by rocks. This is easier to notice if you have a .bam animation/spell overlay playing on your character such as MGoI.
Observed:
Your character is covered/dithered behind the rocks even where they shouldn't (see attached screenshot).
Expected:
The characters are normally covered behind the rocks, with the dithering corresponding to the contours of the rocks.
Notes:
The affected wall group ids within AR7000.wed are 17, 18, 19, 20, 21.
