Dual Class Strongholds

Greetings, all!

Let's assume I import a Human Fighter and raise him to L13, then dual to Mage. In an unmodded game, what stronghold do I get? Why?

    If your mage levels are active, and fighter is passive, and you do Planar Stronghold quest, you get mage stronghold. However if you have done Nalia's quest before while you were a fighter and gained that stronghold, AFAIK you don't get offered mage stronghold as you don't get to have multiple strongholds. If you are a fully active fighter/mage then it depends which quest you do first, both may be offered to you if you don't have any stronghold.
