[Windows] Black Pits II Character Export Stuck With Inability to Cast

Greetings, all!

I made a Human Figher (Kensai) for Black Pits II. I exported him in the main area (where the null magic zone is) and when I imported him into Shadows of Amn, he permanently had the Miscast Magic effect on him.

This seems like a very big bug. Pweath fix!
