[Needs Repro] [Windows] [Steam] Neera's dialogue with Melkin hangs the game.

Found a bug, but can't reproduce because have no save left.

Party was under speed spell(at least some members), i just click them to go another corner of the map. Melkin starts his dialogue with someone who wasn't under speed spell. Leader was far ahead of others. So i had dialogue icon at his avatar picture but no dialogue window at all. Can't press any button, have to altf4. Game process was runing but due to invisible dialogue screen i can't hit any button at all. Seems that neera was near melkin and the leader was in another corner of the map.

Here are the steps I tried to reproduce this issue:

1) Load attached save
2) Pause game
3) Select Neera and click between the carts near [600,1600]
4) Re-center on party
5) Unpause and wait for dialog to start

*Observed*
Dialog starts and view port centers on Neera

Let me know if you can reproduce the issue from this (or another) save game.

Hello, tried to speed up whole party, move all except neera to another corner and talk to melkin with Neera. Now i have dialogue with only one option "come and try", which is alright. Seems i cannot reproduce it so topic can be closed. Maybe some of my characters had special effect or something else. Anyway, cannot reproduce it, thanks.
