Is Bounty Hunter -> Fighter possible?

As title says is this possible?

What are the requirements in stats?
Should I choose a specific weapon?
Levels for the change?

Yes

You must be human, have 17 strength and 15 dexterity, and be at least level 2 to do this.

If you want to backstab you'll need to use a weapon only single class thieves can use (long swords, short swords, katanas, scimitar, daggers, quarterstaff, club). Otherwise once you dual class you should be able to use any weapon a fighter can use (just not for backstabbing).

Yoshi can dc fighter. In my original playthru many years ago I tried this. He kicked butt....until the betrayal. This game had me forever at "betrayal"...
