Mac - Hover text does not scale

In the screenshot I am hovering over my weapon. The text on the hover (mouse over) info that comes up doesn't scale. It is very hard to read. The rest of the text in my UI is readable.

    I should also mention that I am on a laptop monitor size. So while the resolution of the screenshot is high, it is small on my screen.
