Interesting shapeshifter change (no, not the one you were hoping for)

Of course, with the release of bg2ee on android, I'm taking it for a spin on my galaxy tab s. Amazing BTW.

On to the point - shape shifters in werewolf form now cannot initiate dialogue with NPC. You must shift back to human form to have conversations. I like this change, because I always found it odd that people were comfortable with a random werewolf coming up for a chat.

Anyway, didn't see it in the release notes, so I thought I'd share.

I think this was in the original, non EE release. Not supposed to be able cast spells either.
