    Only once apple have approved it. I believe it's been submitted.

    It was submitted and rebuffed because of a bug found. It had been submitted again recently, so maybe this thursday?

    does it work on ipad already? or will that be for ipad as well?

    I'm hoping for iPad as well. 1.3 is definitely not available for iPad, iPhone, or iPod yet.

    But to clarify, BGII has been on iPad for over a year, just without the 1.3 patch.

    Yeah, it's chock full of bugs, but it is playable.
