[Dupe #10549] - (iOS) Blurred text when backpack is close to encumbrance and encumbered

Current: text is blurred when almost encumbered (yellow font) and encumbered (red font).

Correct: text should not be blurred.

No blur is present for no encumbrance. Not checked on other operating systems.

Edit: is it possible to remove this. I missed it in the known issues.
