Rasaad Question

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Just a question about Rasaad, or specifically how he can become the leader of the Twofold Trust. I think this is a really interesting idea, and one that my character (a druid) could appreciate. How does this come about? I don't want to screw this up. Thanks.
