[Mac] Spell selection in Quick Slots shouldn't get cleared after temporary spell disabling

1. Create a Sorcerer with Expeditious Retreat (for example)
2. Select Spells for Quick slots
3. cast Expeditious Retreat (or Tenser or put on armor...)
4. wait until it wears of
Observed:
All spell quick slots are cleared.
Expected:
Quick spell selection should reappear.
