Super Mario 3D World

This is not the game to be playing when one has OCD. I got to Champion's Road (The last, last world) and got 2 out of 3 stars before dying. It has now ruined Christmas.

I'll beat it someday....

That's why I'm glad I have Icewind Dale EE right now. Some strategy-based gaming to counterbalance the super-stressful-yet-addictive games.

I remember getting every star in Super Mario Galaxy. That was a good game. I'd get a Wii U if there were more games I'd be interested in than just Mario.

I hear ya. Its kind of making a comeback... There's a lot of exclusives with the Wii U which I guess is its main selling point. The new Zelda is coming out, you've got the Windwaker remake, Mario 3D World, Mario Wii U, Luigi Wii U, Mariokart, Smash Brothers, and more on the way. I figured for that many Nintendo-Only games, I'd get the fun console as opposed to the PS4 or XBox One which are more adult. All that said, they were definitely a slow starter, make no mistake. I do want an XBox One for the Master Chief Collection though... my college days of Halo playing cry out to me.

N64 was a good console (and the last i had). I remember some nice games there, like perfect dark, ogre battle 64, donkey kong among others.

The only mistake of N64 was the only true RPG they made aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage, that game had potential, but become an very boring walk in the map without history or plot.

The only Zelda game I ever liked was Link to the Past for SNES. I've had a Playstation every generation since the first one, and I just bought PS4 a couple of weeks ago. I've actually had every Nintendo console since the original with the only exception being N64. It helps that they've sold the newer generations cheaper than PS/XB. I might get a Wii U if it ever drops to like $150 or something.

A Link to the Past was the BEST! I just got my wife to play it and she loved it. Some games never get old... ha like this forum shows us.

Ocarina of time was a mark in the game world, just like Final Fantasy VII. At least in my opinion. Totally worth to play 1 time at least.

I've replayed Link to the Past several times over the years. I don't think any of my TVs even have the right AV jacks to play my SNES anymore.

I tried it, but couldn't stand the 3D gameplay. I don't think I made it past a few hours.
