[Android] Google Nexus 7 2013 Touchscreen problems BGIIEE

Hello I am using a Google Nexus 7 2013, I am trying to play Baldur's Gate II, and when I am playing it will frequently not register my touch on different parts of the screen, I already tried cleaning the screen, and using a multi touch detector app which says all of my taps on the screen are fine. I was wondering if having too many apps running in the background would affect this, so I tried closing them and it seems to not happen as frequently, but that could just be a coincidence. The game itself has no lagging problems, just the touch part of it. I have the other games, but I don't recall if they had the same problem or not, because I haven't tried playing them recently. Thank you.

EDIT: Apparently it is actually a 2012 model Nexus 7. Sorry for the confusion.
