installing Near Infinity into BG II - Enhanced Edition

I vaguely remember installing NI into my BGII .ini file or so it seems - only now I dont find a .ini file with this new version - if its there, tell me where to find it...or if I need to install NI somewhere else, I need to know where?

I just downloaded BG II EE 2 hours ago - I forgot how small the characters are but it sure brought back some fond old memories - gonna love playing it again - and appreciate any and all the help anyone can give me.
